Internal Auditor (RA)

An international company with presence in the United States and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute related (process) audits, based on COSO framework;
• Prepare reports based upon audit results;
• Create proper audit files according to IIA standards;
• Motivate the audit team, maintain a positive spirit within the team;
• Effectively communicate audit findings with management personnel;
• Be involved in continuous risk assessments and the audit plan;
• Maintain a good long term relation with management.

Type of audits:

Operational audits, IT-audits, Project audits and Compliance audits;

Financial close reviews, Investment/divestment audits, Remuneration audits, Special investigations, Compliance audits, Management requests and Follow up audits.

Profile:

• University education;
• Have good communication skills, be good at (establishing) relations;
• Straight back, strong personality (able to bring negative messages and handle push back);
• Independent (self-supporting), be able to manage small teams;
• Be interested in the business;
• Good business English writing skills;
• 3 to 4 years experience within Big4;
• Preferably Dutch speakin.
